Camper Van Pitches
Policy
- Check in between 1500 hrs and 2100 hrs. Check out is 1100 hrs.
- Children are welcome.
- Dogs are welcome on the site on the condition that they must always be kept on a lead, never left unattended and you must clean up after your dog.
- Smoking is allowed in open air areas.
- BBQs are permitted as long as they are raised off the ground and fueled by either by gas or BBQ coal only. BBQs are not permitted after 10pm.
- Parking is available and is free of charge. We only permit camping in vehicles which are specifically created or suitably adapted for habitation and camping purposes.
Payment and Cancellation
A deposit equal to the full booking amount is required at the time of booking. A minimum of 10 days’ notice is required to apply for a deposit refund in the event of cancellation and in the event of a no show the full cost of the booking is charged.
Other Things to Note
- There is a noise curfew in place from 10pm each evening. Failure to comply with this may result in your group being asked to leave the site at any time.
- There is CCTV covering the marina pontoons, building and grounds.
- Access to the toilet and laundry facilities is by way of an automatic gate. A staff member will meet you on your arrival and give you the access codes you will need for the duration of your stay.
Floating Glamping Pods
Policy
- Check in after 3pm. Check out is 11am.
- Children are welcome.
- Parking is available and is free of charge.
- Smoking is allowed in open air areas.
- BBQs are permitted on the concrete area in front of the marina building as long as they are raised off the ground and fueled by either by gas or BBQ coal only. Strictly no BBQs allowed on the Floating Pod. BBQs are not permitted after 10pm.
