I agree to the Terms and Conditions which are displayed on the Marina Premises and which I have received and understand that Kilrush Maritime Ltd. reserves the right to take into account the general suitability of my boat for a particular berth before issuing any such Berthing License, and that Kilrush Maritime Ltd.’s decision in this matter shall be final.
